  • Provide authentic information while filling out registration process in our site.
  • Using own User ID a customer will be solely responsible for his/her own activities in the website.
  • Accessing to this site using false user ID is strictly prohibited and the person will be responsible for it.
  • Customers are requested not to do any fraud and deceptive deal with Bio Green Asia.
  • Pictures, contents, logos, trademark are the property of this site. Don’t use these without the permission of the site’s authority.
  • Because of unavoidable circumstances order delivery may be delayed.
  • If anyone does not obey the terms and conditions, Bio Green Asia is not for him.
  • The website authority must have the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without providing prior notice to the customers.

Shipping & Delivery

We intend to reach all the corner of Bangladesh with our unique products through the available of courier agencies in our country. Customers need to pay the delivery charge for their products but the delivery charge is not fixed rather it depends on numerous issues like location of the customer, weight and amount of the product and which Courier service the customer prefer. The customer will be notified the delivery cost on his order before the product delivered to the customers destination. Delivery cost will be reflected on the shopping cart or payment page if the customer orders via website. Mail us or phone us to know more about delivery method and cost. Our commitment is to deliver the product safely in time to the desired address with great care and actual condition. Our delivery related policies are as follows:

  1. We don’t take order and deliver product during off days and closed hours.
    2. Courier agencies need 48 hours at least to deliver it to your hand. So please be patient.
    3. If any customer orders any product after afternoon we will courier it on the next day.
    4. If the customer does not find your product within 7 working days of the order don’t delay to inform us instantly.
    5. Multiple deliveries cost and order is needed to deliver products in multiple places.
    6. The customer will be notified via mail, phone call or message before delivery.
    7. In case of any unavoidable circumstances order may need extra times to be delivered to the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

To ensure  customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Bio Green Asia offers 3 days return & refund policy for its classified clients. Underneath are the terms and condition of these policies

Reason of Return

Damaged product: – if our product is spoilt or damaged during delivery.
Product mismatch: – if our product does not match with manufacture description or with the one that customer desires.
Quantity: – if the product quantity is less than the one ordered.

We will accept return of the products based upon these circumstances: –
1. The item wanted to return must be unused, unworn and in fresh condition.
2. Item must be returned with its original packaging.
3. Item must have Money receipt, Order form and other procurement papers.

How to Return problematic product and find new product: –

please share the order number and detail about the item you want to return with valid reason.

  1. After having returned items, we will do requisite tests to justify the reasons to do so.
    3. After the tests if the reasons appear valid to us then we will send a change with notification.
    4. If reasons appear to us invalid we will also send back the item to the address but cost must be bared by the sender.
    4. We will not accept any return request of any item after 3 days of procurement.

When customer will be refunded
1. We refund customer if he/she doesn’t satisfy with the product that he/she has been delivered. The customer must send us the unused product with procurement papers and carry courier cost within 3 days to net refund. We will not refund for Used and torn product.
2. If any customer does not receive product at all will get refund.
